Titan was picked up as a stray in the Fort Worth area. He was emaciated, covered in tick and fleas and bald from mange. He was taken to the shelter where he became sick and was thethen put on the kill list. A precious lady offered to foster him so his life was spared. Meet Katie! 1 of our fosters daughter saw A dog in a small wire enclosure on a rural dirt road in Huntsville TX. She could see that the dog had no food or water and was very skinny. She stopped to investigate and she learned that this dog did indeed have an owner. However, they no longer wanted their dog so they put her in that pen, forgotten and starving to death!
